These terms apply when you place an order with Anncraft Ventures.

2. Scope

These terms apply to orders through anncraft.com, including the name-sticker order page anncraft.com/sticker, and orders through our WhatsApp. By placing an order you agree to these terms, our Cancellation & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

3. Placing an order

For name stickers you choose the product and design, type the name, choose a font and colour if you wish, and see a preview of a full sheet. What you type and see in the preview is what we print.
An order is accepted once payment is received: online payments are confirmed automatically; bank transfers once we have checked them.
We may decline an order containing offensive words, or names, logos or trademarks you have no right to use. If we decline an order after payment, we refund it in full.

4. Prices, processing fee and postage

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
Order total = product price + postage (if posted) + processing fee of RM1 per order. The processing fee is the same for every payment method.
Every charge is shown in the total before you place your order. Prices may change from time to time; an order already placed keeps the price it was placed at.

5. Payment

Online payment through CHIP, a licensed payment gateway: FPX (online banking), DuitNow QR and the other methods shown on the payment page.
Bank transfer / DuitNow QR to the ANNCRAFT VENTURES account, then upload the receipt or send proof on WhatsApp.
We never receive or store your card number or online banking login; those are entered on CHIP's page only.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Make up your mind properly before you pay: once paid, there is no cancellation and no refund. Items that are defective or misprinted through our mistake are replaced free of charge. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

8. How the product looks

Colours on screen may differ slightly from the actual print, depending on your screen. The number of stickers per sheet is as shown in the preview.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and do not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you placed your order.
