Privacy Policy

What we collect, why, who receives it and how long we keep it, under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

2. What we collect

When you order name stickers: your name, WhatsApp number, delivery address (if posted), email (online payment only, so the receipt can be sent), the names or text to print with your design choices, order notes, and the payment receipt if you pay by bank transfer.
When you WhatsApp us: your number and messages.
We do not receive your card number or online banking login. Those are entered directly on CHIP's payment page.

3. Why we collect it

To process, print and deliver your order, confirm payment, contact you about the order, keep the accounting records the law requires, and prevent fraud. We do not send promotions without your consent.

4. Who receives your information

Courier companies: name, phone number and address for delivery.
CHIP (payment gateway): name, email, phone number and order amount for online payments.
WhatsApp (Meta): when you contact us through it.
Our server provider, which hosts the website and the order database.

We never sell or rent your information to anyone.

5. How long we keep it

Payment receipts (bank transfer): deleted 90 days after the order is completed.
Name, phone number, email, address and order notes: deleted 12 months after the order date.
The order record without contact details (items, printed text, amount, dates) is kept for our accounts.

6. Security

Our site uses HTTPS. Only our staff can see orders, with a password. The order status page (a private link given to you) does not show your phone number or address.

7. Cookies and browser storage

anncraft.com uses no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. The order page keeps your cart and language choice in your own browser (local storage) so they are not lost; you can clear them in your browser settings.

8. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, correct it, or ask us to delete it when we no longer need to keep it. You can also withdraw consent, but we may then be unable to complete your order. WhatsApp 014-212 4548 or email anncraftkajang@gmail.com; we reply within 21 days.

9. Language and changes

This policy is available in Malay and English. We will update this page if the way we handle information changes.
