Shipping Policy

1. Where we deliver

Name-sticker orders through anncraft.com/sticker are delivered within Peninsular Malaysia only for now. For Sabah, Sarawak or Labuan, WhatsApp us on 014-212 4548.

2. Postage

Postage is shown in the total before you place your order. It is currently RM7 per order to Peninsular Malaysia, whatever the number of sheets. Self-collect: no postage.

3. When your order ships

• UV DTF name stickers: orders whose payment is confirmed before 12 noon (Monday – Saturday) usually ship the same day. Later orders ship the next working day.
• Online payments are confirmed instantly. Bank transfers are confirmed once we have checked our account during opening hours.
• We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.
• Doorgifts and corporate orders: the completion and delivery date is given after we receive the order.

4. Delivery time and tracking

Most parcels arrive 1 – 3 working days after posting, depending on the courier. This is the courier's estimate, not a guarantee. The tracking number appears on your order status page (link given after you order) as soon as the parcel is posted.

5. Self-collect

ANNCRAFT VENTURES, 21-2, Jalan Reko Sentral 8, Kajang, Selangor. Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm. Please wait until your order status shows "Ready for pickup", or WhatsApp us first so your order is ready.

6. Wrong address, damaged or lost parcels

Wrong address given by the customer: please place a new order. Parcel damaged or lost in the post: we send a new one free of charge. Full details in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
