Common questions
Which WhatsApp number should I message?
019-476 7079 for doorgifts and corporate gifts. 014-212 4548 for UV DTF stickers, iron-on, name engraving and retail orders. Both are WhatsApp only, we do not take calls.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the item and quantity. WhatsApp us the item and how many you need and we will confirm.
How long does it take?
Doorgifts and corporate gifts: we give you the completion date once we receive your order. Include your event date when you order. UV DTF stickers: orders placed before 12 noon usually ship the same day.
What are your opening hours?
Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm.
Do prices include the name/logo and packing?
Yes. The price per piece on each item includes the personalisation and packing listed for that item (for example a wrapped box and ribbon).
Can I see it before it is made?
Yes. We send a mockup first, and production only starts after you approve it.
What is the difference between engraving and a UV DTF sticker?
Engraving is marked into the surface of the item, in one tone and permanent. A UV DTF sticker is a full-colour print transferred onto the surface, good for colour logos and illustrated designs.
What artwork files should I send?
PNG with a transparent background, PDF or AI. For names only, a list in WhatsApp is enough. See the guide on the printing page.
Can I collect or have it delivered?
You can collect in Kajang (Monday – Saturday, 9am – 6pm), or ask us about delivery to your location. UV DTF stickers are sent by post.
