Cancellation & Refund Policy

Everything we make is made to order with your names and choices. That is why our rules are simple and firm.

Make up your mind properly before you pay. Once you have paid, the order cannot be cancelled, changed or returned, and there is no refund.

1. Before you pay

You are responsible for checking your order before you pay:

  • Name and text spelling. We print exactly what you type.
  • Design, font, colour and number of sheets. The preview shows the real layout of one sheet.
  • Delivery method and address (recipient, house number, postcode, state).

2. After you pay

  • No cancellation and no refund for a change of mind, a wrongly chosen design or a misspelt name.
  • Orders cannot be changed after payment. If you spot a mistake, WhatsApp us straight away; if it has not been printed yet we will try to help, but this is not guaranteed.

3. Defective or misprinted items

If what you receive is damaged, has a print defect, or is different from your order because of our mistake, tell us and we will send you a new one free of charge (postage included).

  • WhatsApp 014-212 4548 within 7 days of receiving it, with your order number and photos of the item (and the parcel if it was damaged in the post).
  • We replace it with the same item. You do not need to send the faulty item back unless we ask.

4. Wrong or incomplete address

We ship to the address you give us. If the address is wrong or incomplete, or the parcel is returned because nobody could receive it, that is not our responsibility: no refund and no free resend. Please place a new order.

5. Parcel lost in transit

If the address was correct and the courier confirms the parcel is lost, we send a new one free of charge.

6. If we cannot complete your order

If we have to cancel your order (for example we cannot print it), we refund the full amount including postage and processing fee within 7 working days: online payments through CHIP to the original bank, card or e-wallet; bank transfers to your bank account.

7. Doorgifts and corporate orders

Price, payment and completion date are set out in the quotation or order confirmation on WhatsApp. Apart from what is stated there, this policy applies.

This policy does not affect your rights under Malaysian law, including the Consumer Protection Act 1999.
